Rates
$250 for initial 1 hour consultation
$200 for individual or family psychotherapy, 45 minute sessions
$250 per hour for psychological testing:
An estimate for the cost of psychological testing will be provided prior to starting the assessment.
Insurance : I am currently a network provider for Anthem/Blue Cross. As there are now many different provider panels for the Blue Cross plans, please confirm with your health plan that I am part of the network for your specific policy. For all other plans, payment is made in full at the time of the visit. I will provide you with the necessary forms to obtain reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
For the uninsured, reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis.

Cash, Check or Credit Card (HIPAA compliant electronic payment option available)
Cancellation Policy
If you do not keep your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session unless I am able to fill the appointment time. Insurance will not reimburse you for missed appointment charges.
